A member of the aster of sunflower family, the Rice Flower is a woody shrub with small delicate budding flower heads, also called ” grains”. The budding flowers group together at the end of the stems like the crown of trees and the green linear leaves (about one half inch long) grow out from the stem resembling very much like the leaves of a rosemary plant.
