Please allow us a few days to process and prepare your order. Once packed, smaller orders will ship with UPS while larger orders will ship freight on a pallet.
Deliveries with a regular service will take 3-5 business days. Expedited options (1 to 3 days) are available. Please contact your sales representative to get an estimate. An additional charge will be applied for expedited services.

We subcontract shipping companies - therefore, ByNature cannot be responsible for any issues and delays related to their own services. We apologize in advance for any issues related to variables beyond our control (delays related to truck issues, border inspections, bad weather conditions or any other reasons provided by the carrier and lost packages).
Packages will be dropped at the provided address. If nobody is onsite, the driver will leave a delivery notice and come back at a later date. In some rare cases, the driver will drop the package in front of the door.
Freight fees are calculated with the assumption that the pallet will be delivered to a commercial address with a loading dock. Please talk to your sales representative if you wish to have the shipment delivered to a residential address or if a tailgate service is required. Additional fees will apply for residential deliveries, appointments and curbside deliveries.
ByNature will always do its best to deliver goods in good order and within the lead time provided. It is important that you carefully examine your shipment at time of the delivery to check the integrity of the delivered product. If any damages are observed, they will need to be immediately reported to the carrier and noted on the bill of lading before signing. ByNature cannot be held responsible for damaged products if the shipment has not been properly checked at time of delivery. Once a shipment is accepted by the client, ByNature will not accept any returns. All claims for damages in shipping (including concealed damage), or loss of boxes must be filed with the shipping carrier within two (2) days of delivery.
Any claim beyond damages occurring during deliveries must be made to ByNature in writing or via email within three (3) business days after delivery. Failure to make a claim within this time will constitute acceptance of the merchandise and waiver of any shortages, damages, errors, or other claims.
